Minneapolis Sailing Center is always looking for talented and passionate instructors for our program. We are especially interested in candidates from diverse professional and educational backgrounds as we recommit to our Equity and Inclusion Initiative and our mission to foster an inclusive, sustainable community and to teach sailing to all.

JUNIOR INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM

For experienced sailors ages 14 and 15, we offer a Junior Instructor (JI) program in the summer. Our JIs gain valuable experience volunteering in the mornings and then sail on the 420 Race Team in the afternoons. This is a great way to gain leadership and job skills while sharing your passion for sailing with younger campers.
